Background
Celloop, in collaboration with CEID Hub, ThinkClock, and Decibel, proudly
announces the inaugural cohort of the "Battery Pack Design and Manufacturing
Training Course" for women. This training program is a key component of the
Innovate UK Zero Emissions Project and reflects our commitment to empowering
women through renewable energy education and workforce development.
This initiative seeks to address the global need for clean energy solutions while
promoting gender equality in the renewable energy sector. The program aims to
equip women with technical skills in battery manufacturing and development, a
critical area for enabling sustainable energy systems. By focusing on women
who aspire to build careers in renewable energy, this training program
contributes to sustainable socio-economic development while fostering
inclusion and capacity building.
Our ultimate vision is to bridge the skills gap in battery manufacturing by
fostering a new generation of women leaders and experts in the renewable
energy industry. Through this program, participants will gain practical knowledge
of battery pack design, assembly, and testing, providing them with a solid
foundation to contribute to the global energy transition
